HELISKI HOLIDAY announces the ADDITION OF KNIGHT INLET HELISKIING
Knight Inlet is situated north of Campbell River & Comox BC on Vancouver Island and cuts 80 miles through the remote Coast mountain range to Mt. Waddington, the highest peak in the Coast Range.
Whether you are an intermediate or big mountain free skier, family groups or corporate castaways, there is a heli holiday that will suit YOU. You will be skiing or riding in groups of 4 plus your guide, served by an A Star or Bell 407 helicopter which will pick you up from your yacht accommodations in Knight Inlet and set you down on terrain that only dreams are made of!
The Heliskiing
Because of the remote location the vast majority of the helicopter skiing terrain is untouched. People don’t live there, so there are no roads, no runways and no services; leave your cell phone at home. This BC Heliski Holiday concentrates on the essentials - you and some of the best heliskiing in the world.
The Ship
The Motor Yacht “Astral Star” is a 119’ Italian-built long-range motor yacht.
The ship is customized to provide comfortable and luxurious accommodation, including a spa hot tub, spacious decks and heli-pad.
The Location
The helicopter lifts off from our moorage in Knight Inlet on the south west coast of British Columbia. Knight Inlet cuts 80 miles through Canada’s remote Coast mountain range to Mt. Waddington, British Columbia’s highest peak, and magnificent Silverthrone Mountain. It is a heliskiing playground of limitless terrain and first descents.
